Synesthesia is a rare condition where one's senses are blended. Some people associate colors with the alphabet, or shapes with sound; Jillian associates colors with people. Told through the lens of synesthesia, the show has the feel of an intimate concert. Jillian weaves her funny, tragic, and heartfelt story around six of her original songs on the guitar.

After a very successful workshop production at Dixon Place, Scar Tissue is back with a new staged reading! This time, I will be stepping into the role of Jessica! We are so excited to be presenting this very important piece once again and to continue a very important conversation.

I will be spending this summer at a theatre I consider to be a home away from home, Florida Studio Theatre. I am thrilled to be joining their summer camp team as the Little Theatre Instructor. Also, while here, I will be working on my play, Scar Tissue, and hopefully getting the chance to workshop it!
